Kids working to support kids in need in their community.

What is NH Kids Care?

NH Kids Care was created in 2017 by Windham Middle School student, Annabella Gill.

Annabella wanted to find creative ways to support other children in the community in need. In 2017 she set up her first “Costume Drive”.  Working with only one library, she collected 69 costumes.  The costumes were donated to the Windham Sheppard’s Pantry.

In 2018 we partnered in 4 local libraries collecting over 100 costumes.  NH Kids Care donated to Nashua Children’s Home and Marguerite’s Place.  Nashua Children’s Home who has been providing a safe home for children ages 7 to 18 for over 100 years.  Marguerite’s Place provides transitional housing and services to homeless mothers with small children.

Annabella has recruited her peers to come up with additional ideas on how to service the community.  NH Kids Care will continue to partner with these charitable organizations to find ways to help children in need.  We are always open to fresh ideas on how to expand and provide more services to our community. Please consider getting involved by making a donation or volunteering today!
